As President of Skinder Financial Services - a finance and consulting firm assisting early stage companies with their finance and business development needs, Mr. Skinder brings a proven network of key strategic contacts and resources to the Company. Both directly and indirectly, through a network of North American based associates, Mr. Skinder provides business development support, access to local expertise, financings, and assistance in the development and/or acquisition of new markets.

Mr. Skinder has been active in the financial services industry since 1997. During this period, he has syndicated, managed and directed capital to companies in a wide variety of sectors including the service sector, technology, biotechnology, aquaculture, industrial and mining and petroleum industries. Mr. Skinder has work closely with Qwest Bancorp as a consultant and funding agent of the Qwest Emerging Technology (VCC) Fund Ltd. and its sister fund, the Qwest Emerging Biotechnology (VCC) Fund Ltd. Mr. Skinder has been instrumental in assisting the early stage financing of many early stage private and public companies including Webtech Wireless www.webtechwireless.com and CellStop Systems Inc. www.cellstop.com. Mr. Skinder holds a BSc in Biochemistry/Microbiology and a Masters Degree in Education. Mr. Skinder graduated from the National Coaching Institute (Canada) in 1990 and continues to coach in his spare time.
