Mr. Rosenberg has over 35 years of significant experience in the full life cycle of business and product development, from design and implementation through marketing, sales, finance and administration. Mr. Rosenberg's efforts have promoted organizations, their products and services, globally. Mr. Rosenberg's involvement includes development, production and marketing, holding positions, and charter investment in private companies, taken or acquired by a public company. Mr. Rosenberg has developed innovative products and marketing strategies and has been co-founder and/or charter participant in information technology, as well commercial companies.

Mr. Rosenberg has worked with acknowledged business innovators, and renowned scientists. Mr. Rosenberg's involvements include: charter investment and development of an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer Corporation - JBS Associates, a privately held version to Tele-Check, ) sold to a NYSE Ohio based bank (National City Corp, "NCC") for $60 million (1993); co-founder of a unique international sporting goods company (ASTI) with global distribution and products meeting Olympics standards; business development for a public, materials handling equipment company, including setting up international/ national sales distribution channels; and has worked with pre-IPO investments.

Mr. Rosenberg's current involvement and focus is on business development, mission critical financings, marketing and sales, teaming, strategic planning, and product development assisting companies to leverage their products and services, and obtain competitive advantages in content and distribution. Mr. Rosenberg has an aggressive international network and experience establishing strategic alliances with Corporations possessing special federal procurement mechanisms permitting products/ services to be sold into the U.S. government with significant competitive advantages such as sole source, set asides, preferences, and more.
