Armada is a financial services and broker dealer company that focuses on merchant banking, primarily through its wholly-owned subsidiary Armada Group USA, Inc. These approaches are merchant banking, financial services and advisory services for publicly-traded and privately held companies. Armada's clients, particularly in the United States, usually have specialized needs that vary from client to client, start-up to revenue and public to private company.

Armada works closely with its portfolio and client companies to assist them through critical stages in the development, growth, transitory and funding stages of business operations. Armada provides expertise in situations where creativity, vision and rapid decision making are vital. Services range from advice for structuring a transaction, raising capital and debt financing, access to the public markets, providing interim management, board members or advisors as well as strategic relationships.
